WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Studio 56 is a monthly shopping experience offering furniture, lighting, and home decor at affordable prices. We have plenty of parking behind the building at Grafton Place, so find your parking spot and secure your place in line! The line will form outside, so dress weather appropriately. Our doors open at 9 am. When the sale opens, we manage the flow of customers in the space.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I GET THERE?

We anticipate potential lines in the future, but your guess is as good as ours. The earlier you arrive, the more options you will have, as we only have a handful of most items. Doors open at 9 am, but feel free to arrive early.

IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD BRING?

Just yourself, your friends, and your design expertise. If you are looking for a particular space, take pictures and our designers can help you find the perfect decor and furniture.

DO I NEED A TICKET TO SHOP?

No. Our in-person and online sales are free and open to the public.

HOW DO I SHOP?

In the shop, we have both large and small items. We will provide bags for your small items. We are also happy to hold them at the register with a name. To purchase larger pieces, stand next to the piece and raise your hand and wait for a mobile cashier to assist you, we will all be identifiable by our black sweatshirts.

**Please do not pull tags off items in the warehouse.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept debit, and all major credit cards.

DO YOU HAVE ONLY WHAT WE SEE ON THE FLOOR?

Everything we have will be on the floor.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Yes! Delivery is available! The delivery fee is based on mileage and number of pieces purchased. Delivery is available to purchase on sale weekend, during sale hours ONLY.

CAN I COME BACK TO PICK UP A PURCHASED ITEM?

Yes, come pick up by appointment within the next week. Please schedule a time before you leave the store. Items need to be picked up within a week. If items are not picked up within the week, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?

All opened, unboxed items must be inspected before leaving Studio 56. Any item in a box must be inspected within 48 hours of receiving the item. All damage must be reported within 48 hours. In the event of damage, customers are responsible for the transportation of the item to and from the original location.

DO YOU SHIP?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping currently.

DO YOU OFFER PRE-SALES OR APPOINTMENTS?

No. We want to give everyone the same opportunity to purchase at each sale, so we do not offer pre-sales.

CAN ITEMS BE ORDERED?

Items cannot be special ordered. The inventory on sale weekends is what is available for that month.

DO YOU ALWAYS SELL THE SAME ITEMS?

We attend multiple furniture markets each year putting orders in for new to market pieces. This process gives us a new variety each month. We blend the new finds with best-selling favorites to bring you fresh looks at each sale!

ARE YOU OPEN DURING THE WEEK?

Our sale occurs one weekend a month. (Friday and Saturday is in-person. Sunday is online only).

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS?

All sales are final, so please inspect your merchandise carefully before purchasing.
